Sue Soha, has her Master’s in Physical Therapy, and has provided Aquatic PT for the last 20 years in both indoor and outdoor pools. She learned to swim at 18-months old, in a mom and baby class. She has put her love of water and swimming skills to good use over since, as a member of her childhood swim team, a lifeguard, swim instructor, and pool manager. She offered swim instruction to her own children alongside neighborhood children when they were younger. She shares her skills and love of the water, now, to help children she treats. Sue works one-on-one with her clients to help them reach their full potential in a fun and safe way, so they have access to one of summer’s greatest pastimes, enjoying the pool with friends and family in their own community for years to come!
Aquatic therapy is a modality she uses, because of the special properties of water:

“My daughter has been working with Sue for close to 5 years through both hippotherapy and aquatic therapy. Sue is a talent beyond words. Just a few of her many skills are: 1) she is knowledgeable and quickly hones in on just what my child needs 2) can easily translate the technical language into "client-friendly", 3) with her wide skillset she is able to look at my child more holistically, and 4) Sue is a true coach - constantly encouraging and cheering on my daughter. My daughter loves Sue and I'm very thankful to be the recipient of Sue's many talents. I strongly recommend Sue for your pediatric PT needs.” -Allison, parent
"We take aquatic therapy with Sue. We have seen significant improvement with sensory dysregulation in a short amount of time. Sue has tons of experience, patience and knowledge--which is helpful when treating young neurodiverse children."-Esther, parent
"I first saw Sue at the JCC providing Aquatic PT to children and then my friend told me about her providing PT to children with special needs who want to learn water safety and work on their Gross Motor skills. She exceeded my expectations and I love the convenience of her seeing my son close to my home. She is the perfect PT for him, giving him exactly what he needs-her skilled one-on-one attention. I definitely trust and recommend her highly."-Whitney, parent
