Sue is blessed to be a wife and the mother of three boys, while doing what she loves at her own PT practice! She has been practicing PT with pediatrics since 1997 and is NDT/Bobath Certified in the treatment of children, and a NARHA Registered Therapist in Hippotherapy. She earned her BS in Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill and her Masters of Physical Therapy from Temple University.
Her mission, as a movement specialist, is to provide excellent restorative and preventative health. Her practice in children's and women’s health and wellness, is based on an integrated physical, spiritual and emotional approach. She is intentional about empowering women to use their feminine genius and help their children live in harmony with Creation. She enjoys sharing her gift of healing not only the body, but heart, mind, and soul, By overcoming her own obstacles and guiding her own children through different sensory, physical and/or learning differences, and surgeries, she has gained compassionate insight into what it takes to find healing and wholeness and meet their goals. She relies on her strong faith to gain perspective, knowing that it is all up to God, but is willing to show up and do the work to help her clients in whatever capacity she can. If they have a need outside her scope of practice, she will refer clients to someone who is specialized in that area to get to the root cause of her clients' neuro-motor impairments. She works with a large network of health care professionals and loves to work as part of a team to support her clients' needs. She has practiced Pediatric Physical Therapy for over 23 years working in the following Special Settings:
Sue belongs to the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) and is a Georgia Chapter member.
Sue has been a member of the NDTA and NARHA and is currently a PATH member.
