Group SoulCore Classes

Come enjoy moving your body with core strengthening, stretching and balance  exercises while meditating on the virtues of the Rosary.  These classes are offered outside of the clinic when weather permits and indoors with mats set up to be socially distant, yet the community connection is strong and present. 

It's first come first served. Spots are limited due to social distancing.  Click here to schedule a class.

 Individual classes are a $10-12 suggested donation.   Suggested 6 class Package donation is $60.  Ask Sue to offer a class for  Retreats and Special Events by scheduling a call

• Yoga or Pilates mat and/or beach towel
• Wear comfortable clothes to move in that are weather appropriate
• Small hand weights (1-3 lbs) if desired.
