Our Approach 

At Special Settings PT, we provide Aquatic therapy, year round in an indoor heated pool.  Aquatic Therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy that takes place in a warm-water pool. The warm water, typically maintained at a temperature of around 83-85 degrees Fahrenheit, helps relax muscles and promote circulation. In this soothing environment, patients engage in a variety of exercises and movements that are specifically designed to address their individual needs and challenges. aquatic therapy is designed for individuals of all ages and abilities.  Our expert therapists leverage the buoyancy and resistance of water to create personalized, effective rehabilitation plans. Facilities

Enjoy the advantages of our premium aquatic facilities.  The MJCC offers parking spots close to the entrance for those with mobility challenges.   There are wheelchair accessible and family showers and changing areas.  There are stairs with handrails as well as a hydraulic lift to access the therapy pool.  Our specially designed pool provides a comfortable and safe environment for therapy, offering both warmth and space for rehabilitation.  If your child attends preschool or day programming at the MJCC they can be transported to the pool and back to class for aquatic therapy sessions once scheduled.
